This Utopia kalimba model is soft, celestial, but does not lack character!
Each utopia “BOREALIS” kalimba is hand painted with oil paint then resined. From our point of view the touch and smell of wood are important, the back is therefore in oiled/waxed wood. The northern lights have colors that vary from blue to green, sometimes including purple hues.

Which tuning must I choose?
All our instruments are tuned in the major mode. Regardless of the tuning you choose, you'll be able to play the same pieces, as the kalimba sheet music is numbered. Choose according to your hearing preferences.

C tuning is only really useful if you plan to play with other musical instruments or to write your own covers and sheet music by ear, using audio and without sheet music as a base.

Since each piece of wood is unique, with slight differences in density, we choose the tuning that sounds best after several tests. We therefore recommend keeping this tuning in the future as much as possible
